Never come here again , I wrapped my car 2 weeks ago I got 3M vinyl wrap , I decided to go to hand wash instead of a car wash to prevent scratches and mess ups with the wrap ,I chose the highest service which was $100 , I specially told him to not mess up the wrap ; and boom as soon as the car is done there’s a hole , plus the car is still dirty (???
Just got my car washed here and I’m super impressed! The staff was really friendly and made sure everything was done right. My car came out spotless inside and out and it smelled amazing. They paid attention to all the little details, which I really appreciated. Definitely one of the best car washes I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back for sure!
Horrible experience with this shop. I paid $450 + tax ($479) for a detailed interior and exterior. When I picked up the car, multiple areas were left uncleaned and not washed or inadequately washed. I was there for another 20 minutes pointing out some obvious areas and the response I got was " those don't come off" I wiped it with my finger and it smudged and they finally cleaned it. There was goo all on my windshield where the inspection sticker is, I mention it to the guy and he says of "I don't want to ruin the sticker" I told him how he can clean around it. Finally he gets a window scraper and in under a minute it looks beautiful. They did not put any effort in ensuring the standard that I paid for. Additionally, the carpets were still dirty and not cleaned, the cupholders in the door. My hood has new peeled paint that was not there prior. The tire frames were dirty, I made them clean it while I was standing there. I dropped it off so it gets cleaned while at work, took an Uber there and back, which costed another $40. I ended up getting back to work late after my brake because I had them clean very obvious missed spots. Attached are some pictures of the job they didn't do. I am shocked they have such high reviews, and that's the reason I went there, however, the reviews must not be accurate.
